Interning at Jane Doe Films
Jane Doe Films offers unpaid internships. Interns receive on-screen credit and gain real world film experience working with a major documentary film director. Candidates should ideally have a journalism or film background and be available to work 8-16 hours a week. Must be proficient in Google Docs and Sheets. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere, Avid Media Composer, Adobe Photoshop, web-based research, and web design and management are a plus.
We offer a friendly, collaborative workplace. Sure, there are chores like any other job—but you will also have the opportunity to take part in high level strategizing, creative discussions, and really play a part in shaping projects.
If you are interested in being part of intelligent, compassionate and political filmmaking, please send a short cover letter, your resume, and your availability to internships@janedoefilms.com
